Wow...another weekend is upon us...seems like it got here quickly this  week!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Pork chop (1/2) and sauteed spinach leftovers for lunch
not sure for dinner...will probably eat out and haven't chosen yet

What's your plan?

didn't pack and plan last night, so today could be trouble. I will do my best to not do the weekend regain this weekend. Instead I will work to continue with the scale going down.

protein, water and COMPLEX carbs - veggies that have calories and carbs and I will count them.

Okay, so yesterday wasn't so great.  I didn't want to be accountable, and I knew it going in.  I spent the whole day emotional eating.  I allow myself one day to be down in the dumps.

But... Today is a new day so...

Today's plan:

at least 64oz liquids.

?? We are having a company appreciation lunch, so I don't know what they are having.

I started today better the the past two days that I didn't post a plan...hmmm I'm thinking the plan is the key. Weird how you all keep telling me that.

My weight is great...new all-time low.  It's amazing what Bronchitis will do for you. 

B-protein drink

L-hoping to join Clay for Olive Garden salad with Low Calorie dressing-otherwise I have 2 leftover chicken strips that I can eat. (Waiting on the a/c man to come so it depends on when he's finished)

D-Grilled London Broil, coleslaw with low fat dressing.

all upside down here-worked 12 hr night shift, then drove over an hr home. Need to sleep, so didn't think my usual Click bkst was such a good idea. Needed to take meds, so had a PB and SF jelly sandwich on Orowheat thin-toasted..will make plan for tonight when I get up....
