On the downhill side of April now.  What's your plan?

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100  oz.
protein coffee
leftover chicken with veggies for lunch
baked flounder for dinner

Am I the only one left?  LOL

I did very well yesterday and am down 3 pounds from the terrible last 4 days or so.  Did some MOM and that probably helped but it felt good to eat differently.

Today is a better protein smoothie with

greek yogurt, mootopia, frozen strawberries and blueberries and protein powder

lunch is chicken breast  and cheese sticks and apple

snack is more apple, carrots and some almonds

not sure about dinner yet but it might involve a small sweet potato again cuz that one last night was really good! 

Can't get in as much 'drinking' today because I am in training and we are limited in our potty breaks.  HOpe to make up for it at home.
