Glad to see you getting back on track, Phyllis.  Those old habits are hard to break once you've picked them back up again.  I'm going to have to do the same once I get out of here.  It's tough and I'm not worrying about it too much as long as it doesn't get too out of control!

Hang in there!
Hugs Mari

This is driving me crazy! I had actually lost 5 by Fri and ramped up the eating over the weekend. I need to find a better way to up my calories than carbs. This is the 2nd hyperglycemic attack I have had in 3 days. I feel like crap so I am going to have to get another plan!!

I hadn't weighed in a couple of days and didn't know what to expect, so I was relieved I stayed the same.  I spent all weekend entering data into a spreadsheet for an upcoming 5-week energy study at work.  I will be working 8am-7pm so it will be interesting to see how I manage with my eating with the longer hours, added stress and my routine all messed up.

The project starts next Monday and I already have the work fridge stocked up on cheese sticks and yogurt, and my desk has peanut butter and Kashi crackers.

Yuck!  Those extra hours are killer when you aren't used to them!  But it's good that you have a plan!  My current plan is just survival......but you know how that goes.  I can't wait to get my life back so I can do better with my eating.

Hang in there,
Mari

And that blah feeling may be behind your problem, I know it is with me. But I'm not just blah.......I've gone way beyond that. I just want my life back!!!!!!! It's coming, I know it is, but I want it to be YESTERDAY!!!!

You'll get those 4lbs off, prolly in no time flat!
Hugs, Mari
