I was wondering where everyone was staying during the Houston Conference? I have not made a reservation anywhere yet and didn't know if I needed to this early. When I do I would like to stay where some of the members of OH are. Any suggestions?
Thanks

From past experience, I have found it's way easier, and more FUN to just stay at whatever hotel the conference is being held. If you need roomies, go ahead a book a room now, and then, if you need roomies later, you can always "advertise" for them here, as the time gets closer-I GUARANTEE there are always peeps looking to double/triple/quad up. The rooms do fill fill up quickly sometimes, so you might wan to go ahead and book-you can always cancel later, if you change your mind.

Who sang that horrid song "I am so excited, I just can't hide it, I am about to lose control"?

(OK - showing me age too....)

But I am actually - 5 years after surgery - going to go to an OH conference. Not going to any of the seminars - but going to meet some of the wonderful Texas (and hopefully other states) people! Plus - have a nice weekend away from home w/ my DH.

ha ha ha! love it! Pointer Sisters? I reserved my room earlier! I don't know if anyone will go with me but I went ahead and got a double room so there will be two beds. It was the same price either way, so....why not be prepared?

Well, :::snicker::: I'm staying at Chez Ruth.

Of course, I AM local.

All kidding aside, you want to stay at the hotel where the conference is being held. Trust me.
