I just ordered some winter cycling gear in....size M!!! Jacket and tights! I am just getting to the point in my weightloss that I can see changes. I was cleaning out my closet yesterday and I pulled out some pants that I was so pround of fitting in right after surgery and they look like balloons on me.

A 'normal' bmi (145lb for me) is right around the corner and my goal of 120 is within sight!

120 is your goal weight?

Why are you wanting to go 25 lbs. below "normal" BMI,?

Because that is the weight that I was at for a long time and felt really good there. And, it is not below normal...it is in the normal range for my height and bone structure...my range is 110-145.

Congratulations Mary! You are doing a fantastic job with the weight loss. "Seeing" the changes takes a while, others see them much quicker.

Good for you, girlfriend!!! We really need to get together so I can see you in all your gorgeous thinness and ooh and ahh over you.

I am in M's too and it completely freaks me out. I think the last time I wore an M was in sixth grade.

You have worked wonders with your WLS. I am so proud of you.
