sorry, ordered gingerbread, pumpkin, and egg nog back in october. I can never find the good flavors at the stores, but world market has the best selection around here. They usually carry vanilla, chocolate, almond roca, and black cherry...the rest I order online.

30 minutes of exercise

Fat: 50g
Carbs: 132g
Sugar: 42g
Fiber: 12g
Protein: 160g
100 ounces of water
Enjoyed two slices of my MIL's homemade pound cake today. Lets just say that womans pound cake is AMAZING and worth the carbs once in a while since it's such a treat. I'm gonna be honest though - I'm already daydreaming about the hot croissants and bagels that are gonna come out of the oven this morning when I'm working. Sigh. They sure do smell good.
Going to bed in a couple minutes but working on my meal plan for tomorrow before I do. I'm going to have to plan in a snack while I'm working to keep hunger at bay and also keep me from popping a munchkin in my mouth. It's easy to justify a munchkin here and there but that can get out of hand really quick if I don't nip it in the bud. First goal tonight is to not eat any of them. I can do it! I can! OH! And I also plan on making my latte with calorie countdown milk I bring from home. Latte lites over at Dunkin are 160 calories, 25 carbs, 20 sugars, and 14 protein. If I can bring the carb and sugar content down using carb countdown than that sounds good to me!
Hope everyone did well today! Have a great night.
Jenny

Happy New Year!!!
I haven't gotten my normal 64+ oz of water in today, but I'm struggling a bit since the sf koolaid has been making me nauseous, and I will only drink plain water bottled. So I need to make a run to the store, AND I'm ordering ozarka home delivery next week.
I'm down 7 lbs over the last ten days, mainly because I've cut out any liquid with calories. I won't drink it unless it's water. It will get old, and quick, but for now it's good. LOL
Today I ate a little bit of mac n cheese (3 bites!), black eyed peas, cabbage and turkey.
Had a little more cabbage for dinner. Not very balanced I know! But I stayed well within my caloric intake and got in my protein! :-)
Thanks so much for doing this thread as always!

Ok I am just posting to say my back to the basics is starting tomorrow. I did not do bad but did not do well either (did not eat/drink much) I am just so wiped out. So tomorrow I plan on getting up and mapping out my plan of how to obtain my goal of being at goal by my 3 year visit at the end of May.
so the goal for the next few days is to increase my protein and fluid intake and see if I can jumpstart how I feel and get my energy back. This whole surgery experience/set back has really taken its toll. Using these three days off to prepare to go to work and do it all over again. Ugh! I can do this though. The only other goal is packing up all my decorations and redecorating the normal stuff.
