WEll today marks my rollarcoaster ride of one year. WHat a year its been

125lbs gone for life
2lbs i gain so going to work on that lolol
got about 30ish lbs to go where i want to get
i am only 6lbs from where the doctor wanted me
so i guess i did pretty good
THanks for all the support and friendship i have gotten on the board.

Wow you look awesome Juliet! I just had my one year the 22nd! 125 lbs! That is fantastic! 6 lbs away from surgeon goal... I am 18-20 lbs away from my docs goal but I would really like to lose 30-35 more. I am 5'31/2" and would like to get to 140. He says 157. I started at 277. anyways-you have done great! Keep on keeping on, babe~! Luv you too~Annette
