Today is my one year surgerversery. i am so happy. i havent hit goal yet, but i am now closer than i have ever been to obtaining that goal. as of this morning i am down to 178lbs that means i am 102lbs from my highest weight. i feel great and i am about 40lbs away from my goal. this is a majior life change for me and i have never felt better. i am happy i decided to take this journery a year ago. it has been the best ride ive been on in a long time. i would do it over in a heartbeat and its not over yet. i feel great and happy that i had this surgery when i did. all i wanted to do was be able to live a healthy life and be happy. and i got back my life thanks to my rny. i will continue to work my tool and lose those last 40lbs. here are my before and after photoes. look how far ive come.

Hey Girl, you look awsome! We have the same surgery date and we have lost the same amount of weight! This has been an incredible year hasn't it? Everytime I start to get bogged down with pre-op thinking I remember how blessed I am! We will lose the rest of the weight and maintain it the rest of our lives cause baby, we are worth it!
