I'm still holding at -8 lbs.  was at -10 at one pt. and will see that again and hopefully more.  I just have to totally get back into the swing of high carb, low protein.  I haven't gone hog wild this week, but keep sneaking this and that at times.  I'll go back to super strict tomorrow when I'm here by myself.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
probably leftover roast for lunch
dinner: we may make shrimp/sausage gumbo and freeze most for tailgating next weekend

Yesterday was a good day food wise... emotionally it was rough but I didn't do any "emotional" eating so that was a big step in the right direction!!!!!    Today is a better day...

morning,

Not real sure of the plan today.  Yesterday was real ODD.  breakfast was eggs and a hash brown with some bacon.  Lunch was a disaster and I ended up with some wheat crackers and cooked cheese. Dinner was shrimp creole that I didn't care for too much.

Today will be spaghetti for lunch and probably dinner at home depending on when we head out. The toughest part is getting in my liquids.  I drink non stop and they just think i'm weird! LOL.  So finding tea or crystal light is a challenge. Mom keeps putting my glass away.  You would think she would know by now.

No idea what the scale is gonna say tomorrow. I hope I"m still in the range.  Time to do my BTBudgeting menu planning.  Just didn't do it yet.

I'm home and survived the weekend away.  Not sure what the scale will say tomorrow but I'll bet it ain't gonna be good.  I was terrible yesterday as far as choices go.  The quantity was good.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: 1/2 cinnamon roll (on the road)
Lunch: hotdog/bun, potato chips
Dinner: brisket, potato salad, 1/2 piece of carrot cake

Today:
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 1 piece wheat toast, 1/2 order hashbrowns (Waffle House)
Lunch: 2 oz honey roasted peanuts
Dinner: 1/2  ham/turkey/cheese sub

Can't wait for tomorrow to get back to my routine.  I HATE being away from home and being faced with nothing but poor choices.  I DID get all my vitamins in, WATER...not so much.

Time to freeze some protein drinks.
