 Teena......I lead a OH Support Group ( Lose It 4 Life ).   We meet the first sunday of each month.....which happens to be this coming sunday.    We meet at 1324 W. Pipeline Road in Hurst at the Starbucks beside Michael's.     The time is from 3:30 - 4:30.  We would love to have you join us if it isn't too far for you to come.

Thank you very much for the information.

Doctor's Hospital has a support group that meets once a month.  I think it's the 4th Saturday of the month.  If you are interested let me know and I will try and get you more information.  I know you can go to their website and they have it posted and you can leave your email address and they will send you reminders.
