So bummed....

I bought a ticket to attend the OH event in Dallas, but have been home with the flu since Thursday night.  I am too sick to go :(

 Meximelt!      How did the concert go?  

 I know the feeling ..     After waiting so long for the event, it turned out I had to work 30-hours straight Thursday-Friday, and didn't get out of the office until after 6 p.m. Friday.     I was so wiped out, all I wanted to do was go straight home, shower, and crawl into bed ..     I was still feeling so out of it on Saturday a.m., I knew I wouldn't enjoy anything going on around me then ..    

   I must be getting old - I worry if I feel like this @ 48 what I would feel like @ 50.  

  Oh well, I just look at it like I made a $20 contribution to OH ..  It's well worth it for the services it provides to all of us .. 

   I hope you get to feeling better and get over your illness soon, Bradsbabe ..  (it's not the swine flu, btw, is it?   )

 

 

I feel ya- we bought tickets and I ended up having foot surgery Friday so I couldn't go. I'm sorry you're sick- I hope you feel better soon. Maybe we can meet at one of the dinners or something soon, just so we don't feel so left out! lol.
