OT: Help for families who lost everything
Hi this is for all those in the DFW area.
I dont know if you saw the news on Thursday but there was a devastating fire in North Dallas. My best friends mother lives next door to the homes that burned down and those people lost everything. It was a duplex type home so not one but two families lost all of there possessions. While I was cleaning out my closet preparing for the clothing exchange at the OH conference, I realized that I could have a much better use of these clothes. Both women of those families are larger ladies, so Im donating my clothes to them. I just got off the phone with my friend and she is going find out what size these ladies wear. If anyone is interested in also donating the items we can no longer fit but would be a blessing to someone who has nothing please PM me. Thanks!

Joan.....I wonder if OH would mind if these poor ladies came to the clothing exchange ( OH Dallas Conference.....Sept 25 - 26 ) and took several outfits for themselves??? WIsh I still had some of my larger clothes and trust me I would give to them but mine is long gone since I am almost 4 yrs post op. Prayers for these 2 families.
