Wow...computer problems...late start trying to get it going like it should!
Yesterday was okay for me...felt bad yesterday evening so ditched chicken salad and ate tomato soup w/ some saltines in a large coffee cup and had a few peanuts and pecans later on.
today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
chicken broth
atkins protein drink
oriental chicken salad and cabbage for lunch
maybe a Sbux skinny latte in lufkin
pork fajita meat for dinner
a LITTLE popcorn at football game if i feel like it

I am way too excited…me and my scales are becoming BFF (at least now anyway) . I weighed in at 186.4 this a.m.! I am so glad that I hung in there and the scales are moving in the right direction again. I told my BF yesterday that I would not eat at the football game and he looked at me and said you deserve your one cheat meal. So I said, I will pick one thing and I will not eat all of it.
Today’s plan:
B-coffee
L-pork chop and a possible salad
D-IDK yet but it will be football game food
Water-32 ounces or more
Exercise-no walking today but I will do my leg exercises

Seems my scale is starting to like me as well. Saw 155.2 and that's been a distant memory for months and months. That means 1/2 way to goal and two weeks to do it. Hmm.. is it possible? don't know but I sure am gonna try.
breakfast will be my eggs, cheese, sausage and 1/2 english muffin
lunch is leftover fajita with low carb tortilla, chicken, cheese, tomato, olive and sour cream.
dinner will be a meatloaf of some form if I get it together in time.

will adjust later meals for the fat and carbs...
lunch....talapia and some shrimp (no carbs)
dinner ..chicken salad with light miracle whip
okra or green beans
snacks- running low so probably some more shrimp and/ or protein bar

Salad with cheese and Canadian bacon for lunch
Grilled fish and salad for dinner
Crackers with peanut butter for snack

Yesterday was on the high side for calories - can you say martini??? Yikes!!!
O well, today on track for a perfect day!
B-1 egg (ate it fast to get it down), 3 slices of bacon
L-Subway, turkey
S-Peanut/crackers
D-PF Changs, already know what I'm ordering and have it in SparkPeople!
Tomorrow - 5K walk/run for me!!!! Will be one heck of a day and I'm carb loading in the early morning for energy. Will eat all protein for remainder of day, wish me luck!!!
Monday - will see what the scale does with this week of being good :)
