BTB Friday 11th - how was your day?
What, you gonna make me go first? OK, well I did pretty good until I snuck in 2 snack size Hershey bars.
Breakfast: 100 cal English muffin with one T. peanut butter
Lunch: Pork loin open faced sandwich (one piece bread, 2 oz gravy)
Dinner: Toasted sub sandwich (ham,turkey, cheese)
Snack: snack size hershey bars (2)
Snack: protein shake ice cream (chocolate and pineapple)
Totals: Calories: 1232 Protein 112

i did okay. did my egg, cheese and sausage on 1/2 english muffin for breaky
lunch was a chicken fajita in low carb tortilla, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and black olive.
snack was low carb yogurt and the other 1/2 english muffin with cheese.
Dinner was meatloaf. Dang stuff made me dump again big time. not sure what is up with that.
did get in all my vitamins and more than enough water.
Hoping the scale stays kind.

What IS up with your dumping on meatloaf? Is it too greasy? That's the only thing that makes me feel bad. Clay cooked some ribs and sausage the other night and I could taste the grease and couldn't eat it cuz I was too queasy.
BTW, I chose the sub over a burger and fries at dinner tonight-woohoo I did good. I did have to sit and watch Clay nosh on his big old burger and basket of fries slathered in ranch though. But you know what? The whole time I kept thinking...size 6 jeans!!!

i kept thinking about my 6's as well. i wore some today and they actually were loose. 3 weeks ago, they were tight. Course these are my 'biggest' 6's. But I was also FEELING smaller and that is something for me. Course I am clueless what to eat this weekend.
Good job on the sub. I am sure it's a much better choice.

Hey Miss Dana, we need to get you that hysterectomy and get your hormones straightened out and I bet you see a BIG improvement in your mood. Hang in there kiddo. My hubby says he'll pay whatever it costs to keep me in "patches" cuz that's the only way he can keep me on an even keel.
It's time to DO WHAT'S HARD so shop, plan, log starting Monday...OK??

Dinner was broiled fish with green beans and 3 bites of cheesecake.

I just don't have the energy to go log it tonight. But I think it's not too bad.
