From posting yesterday, it sounds like everyone's trying to get back on track or stay on track...good job!

Faith...love the new avatar...is that the new beau?

Together, we CAN do this...high protein, low carbs...make good choices.

Today's plan for me:
lots of liquids...at least 100 or so oz.
at least 2 protein drinks
chicken enchilada quiche for lunch and a little salad
poppyseed chicken for dinner
a SMALL amt. of trail mix

Hi Karla!

Yes that is my new beau.  I did well yesterday and my plan for today is as follows:

B-coffee, eggs and sausage
L-eggs and cheese
D-salad, some type of meat
Water-a minimum of 64 ounces (this includes coffee and crystal light)

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

I think so too Stephanie!  If nothing changes on his schedule (I am keeping my fingers crossed), he will be at the OH Dallas event next month.

I'm trying too.  Being able to eat my WHOLE lunch at the casino scared me.  So it's time to tighten back up the pouch.  I was 159 on Sunday and today I'm 157.4 so I'll take it.  Clay very nicely ate all my chocolate so I don't have to worry about purging THAT from the house.  However, I've got other stuff I need to get rid of. 

I'm starting the day with my usual protein drink.  I'll be "filming" during lunch at Dr Barker's so I think I'll just take a protein bar with me.  Dinner will be grilled chicken and salad.  Hope to have time to make some SF/FF pudding today so I'll have good snacks available.  I already have my LF trash mix when I need crunch.  I also need to run by Tom Thumb today and buy a couple more London Broils to freeze.  Makes for great solid protein and at $1.99/lb, it can't be beat.

Good Morning Karla!  I'm happy about yesterday, I even got in ALL my water and vitamins, didn't miss one vitamin, yeah me!

Here is what I had, I didn't end up all liquids I needed something to eat last night so I figured 3 oz of tuna was a good way to go.

Dana, woohoo on a very successful first day.  I think the tuna was a great choice.  You probably needed those extra calories anyway.  I am concerned about the amount of COFFEE listed...girl can you say cross addiction???  I'm not flaming you, trust me my Diet Coke addiction has come back BIG TIME.  That is certainly one area I need to work on.  Keep up the good work, I'm rooting for you.

Yep my cross addiction and this was a minimal day.  Seriously I need to get a handle on the coffee but.....but oh hell never mind I'm not giving it up, nope it ain't gonna happen; it's my vice.
