okay, I just got off the scale and was standing there yelling at myself.. time for a reality check for me. I am still in my range and STILL not happy... maybe this will help me.

This was right before I lost the first 100 before surgery at about 340

This was surgery morning at 244 on 3-29-07

And this was at my BEST at 152ish... about a year ago.

Oh my goodness, I've known you for over 2 years now and have never seen some of your before pictures. I'm in awe and inspired. BTW did you notice how tired we all looked in our before pics? lol

Starting weight 251 Weight today 146 (but usually is between 151-156)
