Where is everyone this morning?  I'm feeling like all my friends are missing -

I am up early this morning - I don't know why    I did go to bed at 10:00 but I have to work tonight and don't like getting up this time of day.  I have been having shoulder issue this week. So I have not been doing much.

My woo hooo for the week is that my work schedule is better - I will be off on the weekends and that I have been to the gym so much more and am doing well with my workouts!!!!!!

I'm herrreee!!!!!!  So does this new work schedule mean you're gonna join us Saturday at Winstar for a fun day of penny slots and lunch with Lynnette?  Huh, huh, please, please???  Sure missed you at "girl's day out" last weekend.

My Woo Hoo this week is that I made minimum production yesterday at work.  Everything else I do for the rest of the week only boosts my average!

Otherwise, I'm just gearing up to start my 2 week liquid diet next week.

We have all our sales people in the office today for their territory reviews.  We will have dinner out tonight with the group so free food.  I'm sure I'll get a take out so I'll have several meals out of it. 

I ran out of my Topamax so I have to go at lunch to pick it up.  Hopefully I can make it til then.  If not, I'll be taking an early lunch today.  I should have picked it up last night but I found a suit on Craigslist for Josh.  It should fit him perfectly and it was only $25.  It's a really nice suit too.  So I forgot about my RX until this morning.

Good Morning Alissa and the rest of my TMB Family,

I am not really awake this morning so if I make typing mistakes or dont make sence you will know why!  Sometimes the Military just drives me crazy.  Poor Mark worked till 10 last night, and then his phone rang at 4:15 for a recall so off he went.  Then his alarm went off at 5:15 and then the phone rang again!  Uggg....I was able to go back to sleep for a little bit anyway.  Not sure I will get over to see Rebecca today or not.  I am pretty sure she will be coming home today!  Eric had his friend spend the night last night, and they are going to want to go to the pool today if it is not raining.  I also need a trip to Walmart and my house is in need of a good cleaning.  One of the first things Eric's friend asked me when he got here yesterday is "Are you going to make cookies?"  He loves my SF Snickerdoodels.  So guess I will do that today too.  My WoooHoooo today is only 96 days till we are on our way to DE and I get to see my Grandson! Guess that will probably be my WooHoo from now till we leave.  Ok need to have coffee and see if I can get rid of this headache.  Prayers for those in need this morning especially Rebecca, and Meggie!  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.  Michelle

Good morning.  I'm boarding this train at almost 8:00 am and it's slim pickins on here!  Good ones...just slim.

My whohoo is I get to come to Dallas in 2 days and see my TX OH friends!  I'm excited to get to see ya'll folks so soon again.

I've been working VBS at church...tonight is my last night because Ben's 18th birthday is tomorrow and I didn't want to abandon him on his birthday and we're leaving for Dallas Friday morning.  It has been fun doing it...only a few kids necks I wanted to ring for being a little too independent at our marketplace shop we're running.  One little girl about 10 or so kept arguing with me about everything last night.  I felt kind of bad about being glad a kid got through with the project and left! 

Today we're cleaning house and I will finish a purse I'm making for a friend.  She wanted a green one, so I'm pleased with how it's turning out so far.  I hope she likes it.

Prayers that Rebecca and Meggie get healed and out of the hospital.

Laura...sorry about your car getting squished...sounds like you better get that old tree cut down before it causes more problems.  We've had to do that in our yard.  Better safe than sorry.

Good morning!!!  Either I'm up early or everyone else is sleeping in... Where is everyone this morning???  I can't believe my summer vacation is coming to an end and have to go back to work on Monday!!!!  Yuck! 

Not sure what my plans are for today... I've been hibernating inside the past week since I look so scary!!!!  A Kirby salesperson kept ringing the door bell yesterday... I think I scared the hell out of her when I answered the door!!!!    She had this look on her face like she thought I had just been beat by my husband!!!!

I do have a doctor's appt this afternoon so he can take out the remaining sutures.  Praying that the swelling will go down some more on my left side by Monday and that some of the yellow bruising diminishes.  My mom thought my bruising was looking better.  Luckily other then on my eyelids I haven't had any black or blue bruising... it's all been the yellow bruising which makes me look jaundice.  I haven't tried covering them up with makeup yet.  Finally feel like I'm coming out on the otherside of this.... I will better prepared on what to expect with LBL/BL in December!!!!  I always thought I had a high tolerance for pain.... well this proved me wrong!!!!  But again I don't think it's been pain so much as it has just been very uncomfortable with all the swelling and numbness.

Prayers going out to Meggie and Rebecca and all those who need them today!!!!  Have a great Wednesday!!!

Hey, slow down, I'm jumping on too...I worked the past 2 days so haven't had time to post.  Yesterday was really tough at work.  I had the sweetest couple give birth to a TINY 24 week (6 month) baby boy.  He probably only weighed a pound.  I'm pretty sure he's not going to live despite our best efforts.  They had a huge extended family and we all hugged each other and cried together.  It makes me glad I don't do what Gina does.  I love my normally happy job but days like yesterday are also very rewarding knowing you helped to ease someone's pain.

OK, on to more fun stuff...tomorrow is the 2 year anniversary of my WLS...woohoo!!  It's hard to believe.  I have a appointment with Dr Barker today so I have my question list in hand and copies of my labs.  He now does "group" follow-ups so I'll see if I like that format or not.  At least he's SUPPOSED to be on-time.  I told them I wasn't waiting 2-3 hours to be seen.

I'm also having lunch with Mel and Wendy today so fun times for me!!  Oh, my woohoo is that yesterday I had to go to HR and in the years past I always drove from the hospital to there.  Well yesterday without even giving it a second thought I walked~no huffing and puffing and it was great.  Gotta love this surgery!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning Train Riders!!  Happy Woohoo Wed!  Well I'm going to say it again, but my woohoo is that I can now actually get down on the floor and play with the babies.  It's such a big deal for me because little kids really are where my passion is.  I know one day I'll be able to get back to it and now I know I can physically do it.  Sure makes me happy.

Two more nights of VBS for us.  We should only have 7 kids today in the nursery.  With 4 adults there it makes for lots of individual time.  Friday night we're going to have a special guest at VBS, Critter Man is coming with 7 live critters (including an alligator).  Should be interesting, hopefully I can get Jeff to come with me to see it.

Jeff is heading up to UNT today to pick up his official transcript, then he can go back to Richland to see what will transfer and what would be involved in switching colleges.  Crossing my fingers that it will work out as their program sounds much better than the one at Collin College.

Think I'm going to stop by the store on the way to VBS and pick up some jerky.  I've been munchy in the evening and of course the only things there to eat are cake, cookies, goldfish, etc.  I need to be more prepared and come up with some easily portable, non-refrigerated protein heavy snacks to keep around.
