I think I know why I'm hitting a stall. It's got to be the peanut butter. I LOVE peanut butter and it is way too easy to use it as my lunch, mid-morning snack, and mid-afternoon snack at work. It's filling, it's protein, and I enjoy it. But it's also fattening and a slider food. I need to find a good, convenient, non-refrigerated protein alternative (other than protein bars, which are too sweet to be appealing all the time).
What do you guys eat at your desks at work? Does beef jerky tear up your pouch? I've been scared to try it, but maybe I should.

Today's Weight: 159.8
^ 2 lbs but still .2 below goal. I think I'm a little water logged too. I'm not sweating the small stuff. Going with the flow, doing what I know is right (most of the time) and see where we go from here.
One year follow up with surgeon is Friday. Will see what the good Dr. Meyers has to say - keep on the losing path or begin maintenance. I've already lost more than he expected I would, so I'm really anxious to see him and get his opinion.
