Is the Texas board mainly for the RNY patients or are there DS'ers on her too? I will be having the DS in September.

Na, girl, hop on board! We love everyone! You don't even have to have had surgery to get onto this train!! It was started by someone who had Lap Band, and it's just snowballed!! But be ready to divulge your most intimate details, because we are a nosy bunch! Speaking for myself, of course!! LOL!! Remember what mama always said, if you can't say something nice about someone, come sit by me!! LOL!!

Initial surgery 2006-Highest weight 305 - got down to 180
Having revision surgery soon!
Current 265 / Goal 180

everyone is welcome - there is a DS board if u have surgical question but the tx board is awsome for support

Like my SISTERS her have already said: WELCOME TO THE TMB. Btw, the leader (he will tell he's NOT the leader, but he IS), of our Ft Worth support group, Jack Young, and his wife, Ginny, live in Weatherford, and drive in for our "every other Saturday" group. It's this coming Saturday. Jack usually posts it on Wednesday. We'd LOVE to have you join us.
