Morning - I guess my body is so used to Eastern time that I was awake way earlier than I had wanted to be.

This is my first weekend since May that I don't have to fly out on Sunday, so I don't have to run around like a mad woman all day today, but I NEED to ... been putting off doing things that just have to be done.

Had a good time helping out with the Young Guns racing series last night.  It's amazing how respectful 12-15 years olds can be when they want to! LOL  Plus the series coordinator is like a drill sargeant!  I never heard any of those youngsters NOT say "sir" or "ma'am" when speaking with us adult folks.

Off to dress, shop, nails, pedi, get a few groceries (I suppose King is going to expect meals while I'm home!) and then get ready for racing in Kennedale tonight.  All the while dreaming of my relaxing Sunday with friends!!

Good morning.  Up and at 'em. but still tired.  I stayed up too late and woke up too early.  I need to get ready for a bridal shower for my husband's cousins kid that is at 10:00...would rather stay home, but feel I should go.

GOOD MORNING!!! How is everyone today? We're having a lazy morning here. We needed it after all the company we've had for about 2 weeks now. Chris truly has had a blast with all of our family visitors. He really loves his grandma and grandpa, Aunt Jess, and baby Emily. I can't wait until mom and dad move here in 2011. Seems like SO far away!

Don't know what we've got on the agenda. Bryan will go to his sisters to fix a computer and get a twin bed for you Liz. He also is going to get his hair cut. We need groceries at some point this weekend. And we have a BBQ to go to tonight. Hoping to have a low keyed weekend.

I'm having a lazy day doing housework.  I have to clean up the glass from the light bulb my kitten broke last night. He knocked my nightstand lamp into the floor. It was one of those expensive 5 year light bulbs. I kind of wanted to kill him. He was kind enough to wake me up around 8:30 this morning to feed him and his brother breakfast.  I keep hoping he'll learn from his brother, whom I've had for 4 years, and quit knocking things off into the floor.  And pouncing on me, claws out. But he's my Bengal kitty, so I'm not making any offers to give him up, no matter how much he gets into.

First of all prayers for our Meggie! I just got off the phone with her and she is groggy from the pain meds. Told her to have her hubby keep us updated and if she needs anything to let us know. Not much planned today. Going to try and find a pair of comfy black shoes to wear to work.Get the house clean before I leave for Lufkin tomorrow. Need to ask for prayers for my Allie. She is having trouble with her asthma and they had to take her to the Dr yesterday she had a hard time breathing. Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Remember to do something nice for someone and for yourself
