A loss of any amount is better than a gain. You will get there. My weightloss was slow and at times discouraging but I kept going and I made it to where I wanted to be.

That is very good for a lapband patient. Please please don't let anyone on here that had other surgeries discourage you. You may want to visit the lapband MB too. Congratulations on the 4 lb. loss !!!!
