What are you eating today?
I know I do better with my eating when I have a good solid plan for what I'm going to eat each day. I posted this yesterday and got a few responses. I also got a request to post it again, so here it is. Share your plan for the day.
Breakfast - Coffee followed by a 2 egg omelet and, half an hour later, more coffee
Morning Snack - Protein drink
Lunch - Chicken Nuggets and a small fruit salad
Afternoon Snack - Lite Caramel Frappucino
Dinner - Chicken Tacos (I eat mine as a salad without tortillas)

I hear you on not heating up the house. I've been giving my crock pot and my George Foreman Grill quite a workout this summer. The chicken tacos are made in the crockpot and the chicken nuggets are take-out food.
Leaving the air on 84 is extreme though. We do 79 in the daytime. But, the outside temperature here often gets to 110 or even 114 in late afternoon. The air conditioner never cuts off after about 1 p.m. no matter what you have it set on.
