Baked beans or a bean dish

Can't wait to try them.

Yup, that's the recipe I use too.  I promise NO ONE will know that they're WLS friendly.  They taste just like the fully loaded version.

Well, as with a lot of people, being overweight runs in my family, so something that is a little more healthy, wouldn't hurt them!!!!
