OK, I haven't posted here in a while, but I'm definitely working on my journey.  My surgeon re-inspired me again last week.  I was up 15 lbs from my lowest weight on their scale and he mentioned again that he can definitely see me below 200lbs.  He said it's not impossible and I'm going to believe that.

I've been tracking in FitDay every day, and keeping my cals around 1800-1900.  Protein at 30-40% and focusing on complex carbs.  So far so good, I'm down 7lbs since last Monday.  I'm at 255 now, which puts me in a more comfortable area.  My lowest weight on my scale was 247, so I'm hoping to see that again in a month or two.

I'm exercising a bit, when energy allows.  Did 15 min on the Elliptical yesterday, and am shooting for doing that again tomorrow.

Hey Karla!

Haven't been posting much recently, but have been lurking...    No change for me last week, but I did drop the week before, so that's not uncommon for me.

Today - 5.5 lbs. from goal weight!

I will hit 2 years out next month and turn 40 all at the same time.  Couldn't be happier with the results.

Have been off my food plan and had a few drinks with friends Saturday night; probably why I'm not showing a loss... It's one of those times where everyone thinks I'm losing weight, but the scale is holding steady again.  Not sure which I prefer - to look like I'm losing, or actually see the numbers drop...

Today, have the Monday blues - hope the week improves.  Either way, working out after work and on track for the week.

Good luck all!
