Today's plan:

lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
chicken salad and crackers for lunch
mexican casserole for dinner
fruit mix for snack

Hi Karla,

So far so good this week I have avoided the carb monster.

My plan for today is:

B-Eggs and cheese
L-salad with chicken breast?
D-salad

Finally broke my 10lbs to goal...... now only 9 more to go!!!!  And I'm away on vacation... It's great to be on vacation an lose weight rather then gain it!!!!

Not sure what my food plans are for today...  other then a protein shake this morning.

Hi Everyone,

Scale looking good this morning.  I've been doing a good job sticking to my meal plan and getting to the gym.

Today's Plan:
 - Protein Shake (done - b'fast)
 - Lots of Water (working on it)
 - Take my vitamins (half way done, so far)
 - Lunch & Snack: Turkey, Cheese, Egg Whites and a peach
 - Dinner: Steamed fish and steamed veggies

Protein Shake Question:
1.  Do protein shakes count towards water intake?
2.  Do we have to wait 30 minutes before drinking after a protein shake?
