I did follow your advice and stay here today. Sorry im just now getting back to the PC. i tried earlier and OH wouldnt let me on!! HOw rude!!! Woke up early of course grrr. chatting with a few folks, had brekkie, blah blah, decided i might go rest and got up about 3 hours later. DIdnt sleep but was just so exhausted i coudlnt really be motived to get up!.  Rested then had more peep time and will head baack to Htown on monday. So sorry i scared you, didnt mean to. Was so great to see you and IM so glad you brought Ms. Karen! Was really wanting to meet her :)

Good morning Train Riders!!  Had a blast yesterday at the BBQ.  Loved seeing everyone and getting to chat with lots of peeps.  Jeff had a good time too, and I'm so glad he decided to come hang out with my friends.

We watched some more Babylon 5 last night and I finally went to bed around midnight. Late for me, but it's the weekend so that's ok.  Jeff is sick this morning, so we won't be going to church.  I'm still not cleared to drive yet, and there are these funny rules about not driving while on drugs. Silly...

So today I'll be doing some laundry, working on menus for the next couple of weeks and playing nurse to Jeff.  Hope he gets feeling better soon, I hate seeing my hunny sick.  Hope you all have a terrific day!

Great seeing you too!  Can't wait till you live closer.  Did you pick up the BP monitor or at least have it checked someplace?  If you need, you can borrow mine for a while just to see if that's causing some of the problems.  However that would mean you'd have to come to my place to get it (lol, evil plan to see you again).

I did - at the pharmacy.. it was fine :( i have been hittin the propel (sugar free.. WOOOT) have had several bottles between last nite and today. Went back to bed after i got up and moved around a bit.  After that, was out in teh sun again some, but didnt have any 'issues' today other than the usual just tired. So tired of all this drama i tell ya lol.  Hope you and Jeff are feeling better!

One of these days I will figure out why when I tell people that I am spending time with 60 of my closest friends they do not understand. 

What a great day.  Steph you and Clay are just awesome.  There are not enough words to describe the way you make us all feel so welcome.  That was just exactly what the doctor ordered for me.  Lots of Love, tons of food, a pool and friends and family doing what we want.  Nothing better.

So happy Danni made the trip uneventfully.  I know the power of prayer was around her with a chours of angels and a wonderful husband to meet her on the other end.

Tom is busy watering grass and playing with dogs.  All is right in our world.

Good morning all!! I don't anyone who could NOT come yesterday to feel badly by talking about about it too much, BUT I HAD SUCH A GOOD TIME YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know how badly I hurt when everyone talked about the 'La Invasion" and had all the private jokes, nicknames, etc...I felt left out..like a 16 yr old wallflower at the prom...BUT I HAD SUCH A GOOD TIME YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! okay...I'll hush about it....maybe...

My nose looks like Rudolph's, but the rest of me is okay...except for a big, red mark-right in the middle of my forehead. After we got back to GAYE's house, I was opening my door and managed to smacked my OWN head with the corner of my OWN door and damn near knocked myself out. Could have been worse--an inch either way and I would have taken out an eye or gotten my nose and had 2 black eyes!! Today I have a CRAPPY headache..not sure if from fun, sun, the door, or a combo...but it sux either way. Decided not to try to go to church, etc this AM..just chilling, doing laundry, getting vitamins set up for the week, etc, etc

What a weekend!  The BBQ / swim party was the best, of course I got the Friday night "preview"...LOL!

It was so nice to meet many of the people that post often but I hadn't had the opportunity to meet in person - but I think there are lots of folks that need updated avatars!!

The King did OK racing last night, although there is an oil leak somewhere causing a massive amount of smoke.  I told him he should send Kaufman County a bill for chasing the mosquitos away.  And of course, I'm the typical racers wife and was about ready to "scrap" with somebody's mom/wife/girlfriend for MF'ing my husband when ... yea, good old dirt track racing, it'll bring out the redneck in anyone! LMAO

I was actually surprised that I didn't burn to a crisp yesterday-thanks Dee for the sunscreen (and I hope you got to feeling better quickly!)  Great fun, great friends, great memories!

Headed back to Philly this afternoon, at least it's an escape from the heat and we just have this week and one more and our project is complete.  They are looking to keep us on in another capacity, but it's a wait and see game and sometimes contract negotiations take months.

woke up at 6 went back to sleep,got up 730 and had yogurt and blueberries and fell back asleep woke up at 9 went back to sleep now up again and trying to move!! Mom is stopping by after church and I have decided I just don't give a flying flip!!

Came home last night all 50 baloons that had been on the ceiling had fallen on to the bed and I took a big running jump on to them! Oh what fun! And I didn't pop a single one!! It was fun like my own soft bounce house! They are now all over the living room floor and I don't give a flying flip!!

May not even get dressed till I go to the Lose it 4 Life support group meeting. I will however put on a robe for mother! I have on a little penoir that would give her a heartattack!! Hmm may re think this!! Oh no I did NOT say this!!

Had too much fun yesterday got lots of sun too much food loads of peep time...can life get any better!?!?! Ken will download pics later and I'll try to get them posted and I will post recipies(sp?) later.

Just going to post quickly before I got to get started out on the deck trying to get stuff completed...
Had a blast yesterday was so good to see everyone again.. Thanks to Stephanie and Clay for opening their home to all of us.
