Congrats Daniel -- I had my surgery last year (31 years old) and it was the best thing that I have done for myself -- its like  you get a whole new lease on life literally! Hope your surgery goes well and I wish for a speedy and safe recovery! :)

OMG Daniel, I just read your profile about insurance not paying and your Dad helping you self-pay.  I have been there, done that and gotten those awful words "denied".  I'm a self-pay too and wanted to say you'll never spend and/or repay better money.  Liz (the one that's acting like she's 29 and holding, lmao) is also a self-pay, you'll vouch for it being well worth it.

Yes Daniel, i was also self pay. Lemme tell ya, i about passed out getting those cashier's checks but it was TRUELY the best money i ever spent and i had RNY so i spent way more than you are :)
