Excited, Nervous and Scared!!!!!
Well I got my phone call today!!!! My VSG surgery has been scheduled... My surgery will take place, August 3rd, 2009 in the AM... I am sooo happy, but scared and nervous... Its weird to have all those emotions at the same time.. I know it will be here in no time, soo I gotta get ready.. OH.COM, has been such a great place, I plan to stay around a while.... Please keep me in your prayers...... THANKS AGAIN!!! YEYE

Congratulations Daniel.....wish I had done my surgery at a young age ( you do look young ). LOL You will do fine !!! Remember to do your surgeon's guidelines as far as when to eat what.....protein amounts and all the major stuff. Ask away any questions that you may need answered on the TMB...we are all here to support and encourage you. Not too much longer now !!!!

Congrats! Like vivian, my only regret is that i wasnt able to have surgery when i was your age lol. You will do great! No need to be scared and nervous, just concentrate on the excited part! Post any questions or concerns you may have.. Lord knows one of us has been there :)

well im a tish older than 27 (SHUDDUP YALL!) so i woulda been thrilled to have it done at that age. Of course, im sure i woulda been hell on wheels then lol.

lol go ahead and have your porkchop, tater salad and beans. However, keep in mind, you will still be able to have those things after surgery, just in a smaller quantity (and you wont miss the large amounts anymore)
