I had a BAD day at work, but I managed to control the mind/head hunger and stick to my meal plan.

B'fast, Lunch & Snack:
Turkey Breast, Cream Cheese, Almonds , Egg Whites & Fluffy Stuff w/ Strawberries

Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Salad

Need to focus on my July goals.  I'm 3 lbs away from my goal weight.  I would like to accomplish that by 7/8/09, if possible.

One thing I REALLY need to work on is my water intake.  I'm not getting in what I should, will try to make a more conscience effort to improve each day.

JULY JOURNEY - here I come.
