4 weeks out and feeling blah..

I am a month out and I have found that the moister the meat the better it goes down. Mcdonalds grilled chicken goes down really well.  I also have started cooking my chicken in a bit of olive oil and it makes it much more moist. I also found that hamburger meat doesn't go down very well. 

Also, everytime my family goes out to dinner (which is often) I often don't order anything because either I am not hungry or they don't really have anything that I can eat.  I often just steal a couple of bites from my son and he doesn't mind. 

Also as far as 6-8 bites I can't even get that many bites down. It will get better...I get better everyday.

Also try mixing a couple of spoonfuls of frozen orange juice in the vanilla and then put it in the blender and you have an orange julius.  It is pretty good and I can't stand the protein drinks!
