got them at vit shop - got the flavor 70 100% dark cacao nibls dunked in dark choc with espresso - they are the size of nerb candy and the whole can is only 140 cals 6 gr of sugar and they are strong enough I only eat a few at the time

I get my liquid multi vit from them online because their online price is 30% cheaper than their store price and I always add enough to my online shopping cart to get free shipping :-)
