june jumpstart
I've done really well this week as far as the carbs. Scale is still holding below goal. Yesterday could not eat much, who knows today I may eat all day long. Summer and I ate at Abuleos last night and shared the steak and shrimp I could not eat much I guess because it's so hot. I did drink a glass a wine at the concert. Did not drink enough yesterday legs cramped all night. Today's plan is to increase liquids probably will eat lots of fruit and veggies today just sounds good.

Yesterday was good... and this morning the scale was down another lb. So far I've lost 8lbs this month and have 13 to go to reach my goal!!!! I have my first PS consult today so I'm nevous and excited all at the same time!!

Hi everyone
I am trying to concentrate on protein and not eating so many carbs. Been doing pretty good.
Yesterday I had two protein drinks, turkey jerky, buffalo jerky, scrambled eggs w/cheese, protein bar, a medium tomato, grilled chicken salad ( grilled chicken strips, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucmber, green onion, celery, small amt of mayo mixed with the juice and inner pulp of tomato as a dressing)
a SF popsicle and 4-5 stacey's naked pita chips(baked pita with not additives)
Today I had/willhave:
B- scrambled egg w/cheese
snack- nectar fuzzy navel mixed in crystal lite
lunch - catfish fillet pan seared in pam coated non stick pan, salad
snack - buffalo jerky
dinner- left over catfish from lunch, grilled eggplant
snack - cheese
I am getting in all my water and vitamins. I have lost 1 pound so far this week. I am trying to get rid of the 5-10 pounds I seem to yo-yo with so I an get started on the other 20 I want to loose.
I am 2 1/2 years out and have not reached my final goal. I hope to be well on my way if not there by my 3rd year out in September.
