Paige....also I do NOT have a tight tummy. I am almost 56 ( will be July 19 ) and my PS said that at my age....you really don't have tight tummy's. Although I would LOVE to have a washboard flat tummy....guess that will never come to pass. After spending $13,000 out of pocket for PS....I am THROUGH with that. LOL I would rather spend my money on re doing my house. After all....it is NOT like people see me without my clothes on. LOL

I lost 147#, so I had quite a bit of excess skin. I had the LBL, and am very glad I did---I would not have been happy with just the TT. I needed the backside lifted, too.
As someone else mentioned, I think it depends on how much weight you have lost, as well as where your weight was distributed.
Definitely ask the surgeon about the mons lift---most do it automatically, but some don't.

That's a REALLY important thing!!! I've heard of some who didn't get this done and were highly unsatisfied with how they looked!!
