ok I did ok yesterday - ate a ton of crab legs but no butter just plain - yummmmmo

today the plan is a quick walk for starbucks followed by
bis and gravey and egg
bagel and cream cheese
no clue for lunch - maybe ham and cheese (rolls for me sands for fam)
cheese sticks and bannanas on the way to king tut
grilled meat with ww pasta and veggies
shake at bedtime and

PACK MY PILLS AND FOOD FOR TOMORROW before I go to bed

what is your plan for the day? hope it is a good one

Morning All~
Danni thank you for your super shake recipe; I do a lot of the same, however I did yesterday go buy some chocolate protein to add pb and banana...love that combo...LOL

Yesterday was not as I planned eating wise; I drink my first shake and then I was not hungry at all...it was time for my 2nd shake and I just could not drink it all....waste..LOL  
I ended up eating a slice of mexican casserole and that was it; I go only about 1/2 my water down.....yesterday was just not a good day!!!

Just woke up and coffee is brewing
B~Chocolate shake with banana and peanut butter
L~Yogurt and fruit
S~Shake, we will be out our pool opening this afternoon, so not sure about the shake, might just have to go down there and sample I bite of yummies!!
D~Not sure yet

I just hope today is more productive then yesterday!!!  LOL

Hope all our travelers travel safely back to their homes, can't wait to hear all about it!!!

Thanks again for starting this...kinda off schedule due to prom, but hope to be back on track tomorrow.  You can start it any day you want!

Yesterday was good eating...didn't have time to eat much.  I got in 2 protein drinks, plenty of exercise dancing, and a little prom food...cheese cubes, 1 tiny meatball and tiny eggroll, 1/2 chicken salad on croissant, pretzel and 2 strawberries in chocolate fountain, 2 cookies.  For lunch I had 3 eggrolls and some cinnamon chimichurras from Jack in the Box (all I had time for).  The combination must have worked, because I was down over a lb. 

I'm down 5 or so for the month of May!!!!  I'm motivated!

Today's plan:

brunch breakfast taco
chicken enchilada quiche for dinner
2 protein drinks
undecorate prom for exercise

What's your plan or motivation?
