I went to the doctor today for this, and I have recently had a change in my blood pressure meds. He did see some fluids in my ears and gave me some nasal spray., and told me to monitor my blood pressure, and report back. Maybe it is my new meds. I got home and thought hmmm wonder if anyone else has had this issue, and if so please let me know.
Thanks Robin

Robin,
I, as well as my kiddos, have tightening/pressure in the ears from time to time as well.  Usually it is a result of sinus congestion.  It doesn't have to be a full blown sinus infection, either.  Sudafed usually helps with the fluid build-up and they are better in no time.  The nasal spray, when used every day like it is supposed to be done, is shown to help but that's over the course of a few weeks of continual use.  My kids HATE using nasal sprays so any time the doc asks me whether or not the kids will use it, I tell them they don't care for it so can't be sure they will consistently use it.  Hate spending the money on it when they won't end up using it!

As far as it being from your blood pressure meds, couldn't tell ya' there as I don't use any HBP meds.  Hubby is on it but hasn't had to switch meds in a while so all is good there.  Hope you get some relief soon!
