New TV Show, "I Want to Save Your Life"
This is a great new show on WE tv on Sat. evenings around nine oclock. If you haven't had a chance to watch it you should try...they run the same episode several times again throughout the week. The show has alot of diet and nutrition information and help with exercise programs. It is very informational and motivating for me. They constantly run little tidbits of info across the bottom of the screen, one such was a real eye opener to me. It said that you have to walk for an hour to burn off the calories from just 15 stinking potato chips. It sure made me think about putting another handful in my mouth. LOL Try to catch it and tell me what you think....it is on channel 128 if you have DISH.
