MORNING EVERYONE! We're going to get ready soon for Rise N Shine. I did sleep better last night. Thankfully. Michelle-golf lessons- neat. I bet you'll have alot of fun. Sorry your doctor didn't call you back-hopefully you'll do okay this weekend and he'll call Monday.
Got some bad news yesterday, my uncle who lives in FL was diagnosed with lukemia.He went to the hospital yesterday evening. I don't suspect too much will get done over the weekend, like more testing to type it and figure out the protocal for treatment. My parents are leaving on a cruise this morning, so they were upset last night because they were worried about leaving the country. I assured them that being gone until Thursday isn't going to hurt- it will be a while before my dad might be needed to go down there and take care of him. So, I'm in charge of family communications now while mom and dad are gone. I'm to get an update before Monday and call them Monday when they get to Bermuda. Roaming charges for their cell is still cheaper than ship to shore calls.

Good morning, TMB!

Yes, it's me, up before 9am on a Saturday.  Yard crew is here early so I can leave early; they won't go in the backyard for some reason when the dogs are back there......go figure.

I am standing in my kitchen....in front of one of the new cabinets with a countertop on it!!!  Monday the plumber will be here and the kitchen will be 90% complete!!!!  We just need the island assembled and then the countertop on it and we are done.  Except for the roof that needs replacing and a list of little touch up things it's finally back together.  8 long months......sheesh.

I have a busy day planned - mani/pedi at noon, tea at the assisted living facility at 2 with Mom, some retail therapy for some new capris - I deserve it!  Then home to unload some boxes into the office - I found a bunch of DD's books and I have a wall unit to load them into so I'll do that tonite and then tomorrow my girls are taking me out to brunch.

Good Morning OH Family!

I'm just sitting here drinking my first cup of coffee and waiting on Layla bug. Kirk and Summer are going to Edgefest in Frisco today. Not much planned today just our usual Walmart run and playing with Layla bug. Chad called and he has to work tomorrow so I won't have all my kiddos for Mothers Day. So he will come over Tues and we will celebrate his graduation than. Proud of him, he just finished his 2nd degree. We will go to church tomorrow and looks like it is going to rain, so will come back to the house for brunch. I think I'm going to make some of my favs. Chicken salad, pasta salad, fruit salad. Do you see a theme here? lol Well better get going, little bit will be here in a min. Prayers and hugs for our Annette and her family and for others that have lost their mothers. I'm so thankful for every minute that I get to spend with Mom. Embrace your day!
