Good Morning My TMB Family,

Well I have been waiting since 5 am for someone to start the train and just

could not wait any longer.  Even had my first cup of coffee.  My internal clock

just does not realize that I can sleep in on the weekends.  Oh well the house is

quiet and I am watching a little CNN so I dont mind.  Not to much on the

agenda today.  We have a soccer game at 12:00 a little laundry to do and thats

about it.  I love the weekends for movies on Lifetime so might find a good one.

It is going to be a nice day so I think I will walk and then maybe ride my bike a

little later.  I am trying to shake up the exercise a little.  Cant do that with the

food.  I am such a creature of habit.    I know what works so I stick to it.  I

tried to get a hold of the Doctor in Dallas yesterday but my phone call was

never returned.  Maybe Monday we will see.  Tummy has just been killing me.  I

dont feel like I am eating a lot but my weight has increased over the last week.

Who knows.  Not in my hands.  I am trying to have that attitude about a lot of

things these days.  Prayers today especially for Annette and family as they moarn the loss of her Mom, Lynnette that her Mom will continue to improve, Liz

it looks you did not sleep all night,  Alyssia, hope you slept better last night.  Thank you for the PM yesterday it really helped.  Prayers for all those that are

unspoken.  Have a blessed day. Love you guys  Michelle

Oh wait one more thing..I am so excited that my Mothers day gift is 5 weeks of

Golf lessons.  The base has a clinic going on for the women.  So looking forwar

to learning how to play.

something I was reading yesterday say that the best thing you can do for good quality sleep is to make sure you keep the same schedule all week long - so maybe your body knows best

Thanks for getting us going Michelle.

Hope everyone is having a good day/weekend.

Make your plans for Mom for tomorrow folks.

I don't know what my kiddos have going, but I am suspicious.  We really will not be up to doing much, as I am working tonight and staying up for church and Sunday School.  Intend to sleep in the afternoon, but the Rangers are on too.

Any way, I do know my son and daughter and their families are getting together today and we were not invited.  Which is unusual.  So I am  hoping they are getting together to do something for Mary.  I am wondering if it will include pictures being taken.  That is my guess, pics with all six grandkids.  Hope so.  Mary is so good to those kids, they are so special to her.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

I'm up, too.  I had intentions of sleeping late but my body had other ideas.  So here I sit drinking my coffee and trying to be quiet.

Appointments at the gym start at 915am this morning.  I only have a couple then it's home for chores.  Later today we're holding our first open house.  My husband has the signs ready to go up and I posted on Craig's List.  I know it's going to rain, but you never know.

I'm also excited and just a wee bit nervous.  I'm posting a new "class" at the gym this morning and will begin offering training for the White Rock Half.  That's a big deal becuase it means a commitment to train someone for about 6 months.  I'm only taking 10.  I'm scared that no one will sign up and I'll look silly and I'm scared that 10 won't be enough slots and I'll make someone mad.  Gawd what a horible thing self confidence can be!!  Taking deep breaths here before I hyperventilate.  lol  no, seriously!  I'm prone to panic attacks.  Maybe that's why I couldn't sleep.  Argh.  Oh well, it'll be posted and over with in just a couple of more hours.

Have a wonderful weekend!  HUGS

Good morning.  I have to go the HEB at 7 when it opens to pick up some SF jello for a strawberry cake.  Maybe next time I should look at the recipe BEFORE I've made the grocery store run.  Working on laundry and a few house cleaning chores plus making the cake.

At 1:00 pm Ben and I go to the school to start working on prom decorations.  We're meeting some others and trying to get the Walls covered, which involves 2 lift machines and lots of plastic and zip ties and pvc pipes hung from the top of the gym.  Hopefully we won't have to work on it tomorrow if we get done today.

My nephew got in trouble and suspended from school yesterday.  He and some other baseball players have been having problems w/ a coach who is verballly and mentally abusive to them all season.  Their parents have gone to the athletic director, the coach, administrators, even school board and the superintendent, but no one has done anything to stop the coach.  The coach threw a bat into the dugout the other night and was cussing them as usual (calls them F...g idiot constantly) and telling them how sorry and worthless they were.  A parent went to the superintendent the next day.   Most of the team decided to get back at the coach and poured gasoline on the field to spell out inappropriate messages w/ coaches name.  You actually can't see it unless you're a player, it was tall letters, but thin.  My nephew had the gasoline and provided it and poured out half of a letter.  The boys absolutely shouldn't have done it and now will probably have to go to AEP.  Hard lesson learned.  I do feel like the grownups at the school are partially at fault for allowing it to go on since the first of February.  Even the other coaches for the team calls the head coach names in front of the boys.  Happy mothers day to my sister...poor girl was crying yesterday because her son embarrassed her doing something so ignorant...it's a shame because he's probably the smartest boy in the jr. class.  My sister had met with the coach, athletic director, talked to administrators, and sent a 5 page letter 2 months ago.  Nothing was done.  I'm so glad Ben's done w/ hs sports!

Prayers for Annette and family at this sorrowful time in their lives.

Prayers for Lynnette's mom and dad and Mark to heal, and Michelle that her stomach problems get resolved.

have a great Saturday.

Sure sounds to me like the administrators are at fault here.  The boys let the parents try to fix the problem...yeah the kids were wrong, but if the administrators ignore parents you got a problem.

Kids can only take it for so long.  My brother was a football coach and I can give you a written guarantee that he never used one bad word with his players.  I simply would not allow my son to be placed in AEP with the documentation the parents have.

Just my 2 cents.

Karla,

Tell your sister it will be ok, my goodness could have been worse. Shame on the admin for not taking care of it. My Chad had what we use to call "dumb run" I bet your nephew won't do anything else silly. At least it was not his senior year. Chad and his friends got drunk his senior year 1 day before graduation and his friend Brian was driving and they hit the telephone pole right in front of our church! They had 6 boys in the back, alll flew out. Chad landed in the hospital with a concusion and a huge goose egg and his friend was arrested. So....it could be worse. lol Chad grew up to be a wonderful young man and is getting his 2nd degree next week.

Your loved!

Lynnette
