Biggest Loser follow-up of all winners

I'm a huge fan of the Biggest Loser and it's so interesting to see what happened to each season's winner over time.  Below is the link if you want to check it out.  Some have made incredible changes to their lifestyles, others have had some re-gain.  Geez we really are all alike aren't we.  No matter how you lose the weight, we all seem to have the same struggles.

Stephanie, I visited Life fellowship in Grapevine over Easter with my brother, and he pointed out to me that there was a mother/daughter team from the Biggest Loser sitting several rows in front of us, not quite sure who it was, but deff was touching.

I haven't seen the show, but I got a kick out of the "now" pictures of guys hiding behind their kids.  Like I used to before WLS.......................

Yes, the weight loss is just the beginning of the journey - maintenance is the hardest part.
