What is your all-time favorite SMET (so much easier to)? To fit in public seating (Theaters/Airplanes ect)

What vitamin is the hardest to get in? B12 takes 3-4 min to melt in the mouth

Mustard or Mayo on your burgers? Ketchup and BBQ Sauce on occasion

What food is your biggest challenge - hardest to control? Peanut Butter cookies (which prior to surgury I did not eat)

Are summers less or more stressful with kids out of school? More as they complain there is nothing to do

Favorite protein snack? 
Ham roll up or Little Smokie
Scars are like tatoos, but with better stories.

What is your all-time favorite SMET (so much easier to)?
I think my all-time fav is to be able to sit down on a 6" concrete curb and stand straight up without any help or having to stand up in stages.

What vitamin is the hardest to get in?
Calcium, definitely.

Mustard

What food is your biggest challenge - hardest to control?
salty carbs in general - crackers and chips

Are summers less or more stressful with kids out of school?
less - no schoolwork or school functions

What is your all-time favorite SMET (so much easier to)? It's so much easier to try new things. I don't have to be afraid that if I fail at it that I'm potentially the fat girl video that will end up on YouTube. Skinny people failing at something doesn't have the comic effect.


What vitamin is the hardest to get in? Vitamin C because it isn't coated and always gets stuck in my throat. I should probably just throw this bottle away, buy a new one and save myself the aggrivation.

Mustard or Mayo on your burgers? Mayo and ketchup.


What food is your biggest challenge - hardest to control? Grazing.


Are summers less or more stressful with kids out of school? No kids, but summers are definitely easier for me because I'm naturally more active.


Favorite protein snack? Zone Perfect Chocolate Mint bar.

All of them, but I have at leaset been getting my chewable multi in pretty faithfully of late
Mustard or Mayo on your burgers?
Hamburgers remain to compact or something for me, can eat browned ground meat, meatloaf, etc., just not a HB pattie...but I am a mustard or spicy brown mustard kinda girl

What food is your biggest challenge - hardest to control?
I constantly eat Sunflower seeds....guess it could be worse, but that goes on all day at work, never eat them at home.

Are summers less or more stressful with kids out of school?
Summers are stressful ( at least July) only becasue it is our Annual Schools here at work, lots of loonngg hours when we have about 1600 extra fire fighters in town

Favorite protein snack?
Peppered jerkey or cheese, lately it's boiled eggs that go down the best

Put my left ankle on my right knee.

What vitamin is the hardest to get in?
Calcuim.  I think I might try chews.

Mayo and ketchup.  That is how Wendy's does it

What food is your biggest challenge - hardest to control?
I do not have any huge ones right now, even ignored the Sprinkles CupCakes at work. But crunchy stuff is a weakness of mine.

Are summers less or more stressful with kids out of school?
Less, even though I do not have any, just no school zones to drive through.

Favorite protein snack?

Hard boiled egg.

carbs   rice   pasta   breads   -that just about covers it
all  ! 


Are summers less or more stressful with kids out of school?    n/a  - my child is 23    i do believe it is just more stressful than when she was in her 2's or 4's or 5's !!   heheheh
