I am so proud of you!

You have done an absolutely fabulous job and it shows. I don't know if I would recognize you if we passed on the street.

We need to have a Lunch Bunch Reunion.

Topic: RE: Lack of Protein or Dehydration?

Since this is happening when it has been a while since you ate I would think it is probably reactive hypoglycemia. I don't know how long you are going between meals.

I find this is more likely to happen to me if I:

A - eat too many carbs at a meal compared to protein

B - go too long between meals

I usually try to spread my 3 meals into 6 mini meals so I am fueling my body every 3 hours or so.

Dehydration will usually make you feel weak, shaky and headachey, but not sweaty.

Lois Wagstrom!

She did my hernia repair and lower body lift with a midline incision 3 years ago. I am just as pleased with my results now as I was then.

Several of my friends and fellow WLS peeps have also used her with equally good results. Three have had their arms done and they look fabulous!

I need hernia repair and plan to do tummy tuck at the same time.  I prefer one surgeon for both procedures.  Gingrass and Haws are in the same practice (in Nashville, TN) and both women appear to be equally qualified to do both procedures in one swoop.  I want to use someone who is really good at arms because I would like to stick with one surgeon and hope to be able to afford to do my arms down the road.  Any suggestions?
