I also highly recommend wls for dummies. Also weight Loss Surgery by Barbara Thompson.

Both can be purchased on ebayu or amazon at a decent price. Also checl out your local library. I was surprised at the selection in mine.

I came out here asking for recommendations myself a few years ago & I went to 3. I CHOSE Dr Ken Hagan at Vanderbilt. 615-936-2700. There were 2 women Drs & 1 male I went to. Dr Hagan right away felt right. He gave me great input & feedback. I had a facelift with browlift & eyelid plus Breast lift 3 years ago. 2 years ago he did my Tummy Tuck....I LOVE it!!!

Thank you for trying to find out what is going on with these groups. I talked to my brother that goes to the church where fc meets .. He said they still have the support group there and I plan on going this thursday...! So I will up date everyone then...

Thanks for clarifying , I have heard that they do that also...seams to me they need to offer spacific support for the surgery you have...I know we have to be our own advocate.. so when I have my nut class next month I will be sure to have my questions for my spicific surgery answered.. at least I will try
