So I know haven't posted in a while. Here is the update and my ?.... I was 415 and am now 243 I wore a 32 pant barely fit but now I wear 18/20 pants. I can wear a 14/16 top or xl some L... This from a 4x top and 30/32 top.

I have a ton of 22/24 I want to sale, trade, consign something cause I need 18/20 bottoms desperately!!! I heard of  place in Smyrna? Anyone have or know of anywhere? I know Goodwill but would prefer some trade to maybe a consignment store but not sure how it all works. Any suggestions?

try this office,its in tullahoma great guy just saw him last week. not sure about the  amerigroup tenncare but i know he takes tenncare. i can tell you up front its a 6 months diet min.

Just for giggles.  If you have time to sight see while you are in Nashville you have to take the Big Pink Bus Tour.  It is a hoot.  The girls take you on a sightseeing tour of downtown Nashville.

It picks you up at the Farmers Market in Nashville so you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

I don't live there but my surgeon is there and I go for my appts.    I live in Crossville 2 hours away.

Cannot help you with the eating places, we just stop wherever looks good, but mostly we go to Mt Juliet for shopping and lunch.  Which by the way is a really nice area.

 Rather than seeing a PCP for migraines.  Why not check a neurologist?  

Now this might sound weird but it works.  I get headaches/migraines about every 2 months.  I see a chiropractor to get adjusted.  Instantly, the pain in my head goes away.  I would be happy to refer you to him if you want to check him out.
