Call your insurance customer service number (on your card) and ask them exactly what their requirements are. They will tell you what they require and what they will pay for.

Today makes exactly 1 year since my life changed for the better.

Old weight- 300 lbs
New weight- 165 lbs

is it required through Aetna through Centennial(HCA) to do a Upper GI? especially if you have acid reflux?

Can anyone suggest a PCP for cigna insurance in Memphis? I have lots of questions about this journey and I would like to go thru it with a PCP that has experience with the process.......Thanks!!
