Yep, sounds like you gotta stay away from that stuff at all cost.
Now what we could do is combine your adverse reaction to asperteme with my Mom's reaction to asperteme then it could go something like this.. "If you ingested asperteme and it caused you to double over with severe stomach cramps, you would be okay cause do to the memory loss you would not even remember..LOL

That's great! We have a great team and since so many of us have had surgery, we know what's it's like to need to be listened to and helped through the process.

OMG!!! It is so good to see you Ms. Skinny.... That would be awesome if you could join us. We meet every Wednesday at 1:30. Have you been to the Vanderbilt WLS Center since they moved to the 100 Oaks location?
We meet in the Conference Room at the WLS center. We started out in the Education Room, however we out grew that room and I had to give Nurse Mona 5 dolla to move us to the Conference Room.
Erika talked about starting an "old geezer" group lol.. (her words not mine)... Bob said he was most qualified to lead that group (I agree), I think we should encourage them to do this.. What do you think???
I really hope you can join us..... I haven't seen you in forever...

Great news! I love Sherry at Centennial! She listened and didn't brush me off. She gave me useful information and so I am going to get the paperwork today and she will start requesting the documentation from doctors to review. She also said she don't know why I was denied that they have never had Cigna deny someone for changing Drs before... hmmmm wouldn't suprise me if someone dropped the ball at the other hospital. I am so happy that she was able to tell me she could review the information and then advise me what I would need to get approved. Very knowledgeable! I feel I am in the right place and good hands here! Thanks for the number. I can now just take a step in the right drection.

While I didn't have Dr. Williams (I think the other posters are referring to another Dr. Williams in the Nashville area), I have been to many support groups and heard his praises -- you are in good hands my dear.
And while you have heard the good things about Dr. Boyce, I can assure you that Dr. Boyce would not have Dr. Williams in the practice if he wasn't stellar - I have heard that he was hand selected - just rumors but it's a good one!

Yep, this should do it... Oh, Erika, where are you? You would be so proud of ms. feathers, lol.. She had a cute designer tote purse full of her emergency stash and she has lost 38 lbs. since surgery 5 weeks ago.

Thanks Pam! I actually got the policy yesterday by email where it pertains to the surgery and they will cover sleeve but not as a stand alone but as a first step so I will probably need to have RNY or DS to have it covered. I did notice it said 6 months diet program but it doesn't have to be consecutive just have to confirm how far back it can be. I am thinking the way it reads they look at the last 5 years. I will contact Heather this morning. I just have never been able to get the info I need out of Bapotist without pushing and I think this is a better fit for me because I remember going to the Cent. Seminar first but they were out of my network and they readily gave me info. Have a great day!
