Haven't been able to make it in several months but I will be there and am looking forward to it. I am also bringing a friend who is just beginning her WLS journey.  See you Saturday!

We are going to meet at the Longhorn's at the Old Hickory Blvd exit off I-65, near Brentwood.

As always we will meet at 1pm. Hope to see a lot of you there.

Remember, this is open to anyone and everyone, any stage, any hospital, any surgery. We also welcome support people.

Edited to add - I do need an idea of how many will attend so I can have the restaurant prepare a big enough area for us all to sit together.

Two years ago today was the first day of the rest of my life....and boy what a life I am having.  I had the DS with the great Dr. Spaw.  I feel that he saved my life.  I have lost 176 lbs.  I am smaller than I ever remember being.  Health wise....I no longer have high blood preasure, dieabets, sleep app., high clostereol, sore knees, hurting feet.
I just feel great.  I bought a walk behind lawn mower & use it every week.  I feel great.  I take long walks.  I feel great.  I work on my feet all day & I'm able to do more than go home and sit down.  I feel great....... Did I tell ya that I feel great.
This was the best thing I have ever done for myself & I would do it again on the side of the road with a rusty blade, if nesseary........

Hey Bob! Tried to call you a couple of times but couldn't get through for some reason. Sent you a few emails - jokes and the like. You're right ol' buddy, we do need to do some catchin' up. I'm hoping to be able to get up your way in a few weeks for a weekend, when things settle down a bit with our both of our mothers. Hope everything is going well for you and Debbie.  Tell her hello from us.

Give me a shout when ya get a few minutes (or hours, LOL). C'ya buddy!
