We received some new literature and nice updated brochures from Obesity Help to pass along to those attending support groups and I noticed how nice the Health Tracker tool looked in the material.

If you are using the Health Tracker tool can you share your thoughts about the tool?

If you start using the tool, I would love to hear what you think about it.

The information states that the Health Tracker will allow you to track:
Water Consumption
Nutrition
Exercise
Weight
Various Body Metrics

It also states once you have logged your information, you can generate reports...  That would be handy to print out and take to your Nutrition and Surgeon visits?

Thanks for your message.  I just saw it today.  For some reason, on this particular board, I don't always get notified that someone has replied.  Anyway, I am going to try to go to the Hendersonville meeting tomorrow.  It is difficult for me to get to Vanderbilt during the day because of my schedule but I will work it in when I can.   I only have a couple more things to do before I get a surgery date and I am very excited.

Hi, Chandra!  It is good to see you.  I think of you from time to time, as I do others on the board who haven't been here in awhile. BUT, realize that they are out living LIFE instead of living on the computer!  lol

I remember when you first joined us here on the OH board...  and watched you mature in your weight loss journey.  Congratulations on celebrating your 2 yr REbirth!

As for plastics, Dr. Lois Wagstrom seems to have the best work that I've seen and also wonderful reviews.  You should at least go see what she has to say, and I'm sure she will offer suggestions on how your insurance might pay, and also submit pictures for you.  Susan and Beth, and others who have gone to her can speak more to that...  she also does accept insurance.

Just had RNY on Monday-- I'm doing fine on getting liquids in. But protein- still working on it.. right now the only protein drink I like is the Syntrax Nectar (Fuzzy navel is the most tolerable)-- are there any places in Nashville to buy it- or do I have to do an internet order for  more?
