I want to highly recommend the staff and Dr. Tom Gallaher. I had my BL/BA with Dr. G back on June 22nd and I was very impressed.

He was the fourth p.s. I consulted with and was the very first one to ask me, "Leslie, what bothers you the most?" versus the typical, "i'm the dr and i know what i'm doing" mentality.

I'm planning my tt and possibly a LBL in December and of course, will be returning to him. You can PM for more info.

Be happy.

That's odd - usually Medline is who gives the directions and contacts you for with the reminder. Beginning with our June seminars, they are now held in the Medical Office Plaza auditorium. The Medical Office Plaza is located at 2201 Murphy Avenue. After you exit I-40 at exit 209, turn west on Charlotte (going away from downtown). Then turn left on 22nd Avenue. Proceed through the stop sign (the Medical Office Plaza is on your right), you will drive past the medical office plaza. You will see our signs for "bariatric seminar parking", please park in the physician parking areas. The entrance is in the back of the building, directly available from the physician parking.

See you Saturday!

Topic: Centennial Seminar on Saturday 7/17

Hello- I'm registered to attend the seminar this weekend, but right after I signed up for it, I received a voicemail from Centennial saying that it will be held somewhere "other than where I thought it would be"?  I tried to call back a few times but I only get the voicemail (I understand it's a really busy office!) I'll keep trying because I don't want to miss my seminar.  Is anyone else going to be there this weekend? Bueller? Bueller?

Ms. Pam, are you out there? Can you shed some light on this, please?

Just a reminder that I need a headcount for the restaurant for Saturday. We want to give them an idea of how many are coming so we can sit together.

Let me know by Friday night so I can call Saturday morning with our count.

Topic: State employee/VSG/United healthcare
Hey guys ~

I am a State of TN employee with the United Healthcare option.  Our plan document says it will pay for RNY, DS with BMI>50, VBG, and banding.  My question is if any of you are a state employee as well, but submitted for the sleeve.  I almost feel guilty because I have wonderful insurance with a WLS option, but I want a different one! Or better yet, any State of TN employees out there with the sleeve??
