You know I was looking at that today.  I noticed that the other support group was for post-op patients.  There is nothing in the evening time like the Wednesday one.  Would evening work better or just a different day?  Just curious.

Topic: 6-month Surgi-versary... 91 lbs gone!!!
Hello, everybody!

Today is my 6-month Surgi-versary and I just wanted to pop in for a quick update. I'm in Atlanta right now for training and so I'll have to keep it short as we are on a break at the moment.

Here's the stats:

03/27/10 - 307 lbs (pre-surgery)
03/30/10 - 303 (day of surgery)
09/30/10 - 216 (today)

I drink a lot of water, exercise, keep calories at 600-800 (this is no struggle - easily accomplished with no hunger and no cravings), and keep carbs around 40 or less. I don't get in as much protein as I should, probably only 40-50 grams per day, so I will probably start up protein shakes again - but not every day. I have lots and lots of energy. I've donated almost my entire wardrobe to Goodwill. I've gone from a size 26 to a size 16 and I'm getting very close to 14. I have had blood drawn twice and the various things they tested for fell within the normal range - so no issues there. Cholesterol down from 223 to 201 per last blood test. I get blood drawn again on Monday and my 6-month follow-up a week later.

Everything is fantastic and I love my sleeve!!! WLS was the best decision I have made! Thanks to all of you on OH for being such a great support.

I'm not able to take and post pics right now, but I promise I'll put some updated pics up soon!

Thanks for the post back.  I tried that but keep getting an error message about the size. Should I ignore the error?  Any suggestions?
