Does Crystal Lite make anyone ummmmmmm.....GO?
Hey Everyone!
This is a question I've been wanting to ask, and I don't know if it's just me, but I can have only one glass of Crystal Lite every other day because it makes me have diarrhea. 
It's a shame, because I really like the Crystal Lite and would like to be able to have a glass every day. But I've narrowed it down, and I'm sure that's the culprit. It concerns me, because I've never heard anyone else comment that it affected them the same way. Have any of you had this problem? I know that too much artificial sweetners can do this to you, but I don't really have a lot of it. 
On another note, as many of you know, I'm pre-op, but I've been really watching what I eat while I wait for insurance approval. As of this morning, I'm down 26 lbs!!!!! 
10 more days and my PCP will be back from vacation and hopefully she will quickly get the letter to my insurance company ~ then I will be on my way for approval!!!
